You must be at least 13 years old to use AsOne. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your profile information current. You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers or security.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You retain ownership of the workout data, notes, and other content you submit to AsOne. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including displaying your activity to your connected buddy or friends as intended. You are responsible for the content you share.

AsOne offers a premium subscription ("AsOne Coach Premium") with monthly billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice; any price change applies to the next billing cycle after notice.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Strava, Stripe, and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how third parties handle your data once you connect their services.

AsOne provides fitness tracking, motivation, and AI-generated coaching suggestions for informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or changing any fitness program, especially if you have health conditions or injuries. You use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsOne and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury, health issue, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold AsOne harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
